Hi how do you reset the service light on the dash? I had my CRV serviced today and the auto service that I took it to doesnt know how to reset it.

Resetting the service interval light on a 2007 Honda CRV (the oil life light) is different than on previous CRVs. The owners manual describes it, but not very well.
First insert the key in the ignition and turn to position II (so that the dash lights come on, but the car doesn't yet start).
Press the display button/knob a few times until the oil life/maintenance life is displayed.
Hold in the button/knob for about 10-15 seconds until the display starts flashing.
Rotate the button/knob and you will see different parts of the display flashing. You should rotate a few clicks until the text "Oil Life" is flashing.
Now, hold in the button/knob for about 10-15 seconds (again) until you see it reset. If I recall, it says something like 100% Oil life once reset.
