2007 Honda CRV My windshield wiper won't come off

I am trying to replace my windshield wipers myself. I have watched the video provided by this website about it, but it seems stuck. I push the pin in, slide I down and it won't come off.
Your help is appreciated

Hi Suzanne,

While pushing the pin, ensure the locking tab is fully disengaged, failing which the wiper would remain stuck.

Sometimes it require some force for the wiper to be dislodged as it has gotten stuck tight over time.
