IS THIS A COMPUTER PROBLEM. THE SWITCH UNDER THE BREAK PEDAL WHICH IS WHITE DOES RELEASE. BUT VEHICLE WILL NOT GET OU OF PARK?

If what you say about the switch is correct, then replace the solenoid located on the shifter lever.

The brake switch operates but does the brake lights come on? If not you might have a blown stop light fuse or wiring problem.
