2003 Honda CRV Steering noise

Whenever I make a left turn there is a noise or heavey sound at the back coming like from the wheels. Thought first it could be the directions but it doesn't seem so. Can it be the suspensions?

MODS IS THERE A WAY TO PIN THIS ANSWER???

the rear differential fluid needs to be replaced asap with oem fluid.

not that i mind answering it over and over, but it would be nice if people tried to search or just scroll down a bit.
