I recently had a check engine light on, resulting in my mechanic changing both O2 sensors. We also went ahead and changed the spark plugs and they also did some type of clean out on the fuel injectors. The check engine light has not come back, however the shaking is still there. The problem does not seem to be affected by the temperature of the car's engine, the length of time it has been running, or the amount of gas I have in the tank. It has continued despite filling up at different gas stations. I think I have narrowed it down to when I am travelling at about 40 mph, usually during very slow accerlerations (related to traffic). It feels like it wants to stall. I remove my foot from the gas which sometimes helps. Other times, I remove my foot from the gas and it continues to shake. I press the gas down to increase the RPMs the shaking stops. The RPM meter never waivers when the shaking starts to occur.
