2000 Honda CRV compressor belt replacement

There seems to be a motor mount running from the motor to the firewall. The belt has to go around this mount. Do I have to remove this mount or am I overlooking something simple.

You mean the wheelhouse lower panel?
Yes, you need to remove the mounting to install the AC belt.
