1997 Making a odd sound from the left front side

1997 CRV makes a knocking, tapping, wobbling noise on the left front side. The noise is louder at low to medium speeds, but then goes away.

What have I done

Both front axels,
all 4 struts,
new brakes,
tire balancing has been done.

But sound is still there...What else should I look at?
