scratchy metal noise

I hear a scratchy metal noise when the car is in motion, and it sounds like it's coming from under the car or the tire. Any ideas on what that might be? The noise starts after running the car for like a minute or two, and it doesn't stop until like maybe 15 mins, then I don't hear it any more. but it's really loud. Please help :?

There is a variety of possiblilities that untimately lead to looking. Have someone one the outside of the car listening as you drive by. Try it fast, slow, turning, staraight, on the left and right etc. to see if you can narrow it down that way.
