I recently moved to a new town with a new job. At the same time I noticed that braking was causing the steering column to vibrate on my 2005 Honda Civic Ex Sedan. The problem quickly worsened so I had to make a quick decision...to take it to the dealer. Bad decision I know. It seemed my rotors were warped and needed to be resurfaced. I reluctantly gave them the go ahead not knowing much about the part itself. When they finished with all four rotors, $260 dollars worth of damage to my bank account. I feel slightly taken advantage of by my constant talks with their service manager. I was wondering what I could do to avoid this in the future and if anyone else has had a similar experience. Is there a way to complain? I know it won't do much good but it's at least worth voicing an opinion. Thanks for any reply.
