Door Won't Open

So Saturday, I get in my car, drive down to wash it, can't get out. It's '98 Civic 4 door.

I had just opened and closed the door about three or four times previoius to leaving the house; no problems. And it just didn't open. I tried from the inside, I tried from the outside. No dice. And because the door is closed, I cannot remove the panel to access the door cable and open it manually. Any suggestions?
