cigarette lighter and accessory power outlet died-not fuses

I have a 97 Camry and was using a tire inflator when it stopped. I figured it might be the fuse so I switched to the accessory power outlet and it went for a few minutes then died also. I checked both fuses in the panel and they were fine. I looked under the dash for inline fuse holders and saw none. Any ideas what else it could be??
