2008 Honda Civic Radio tune up

I have 2008 honda civic i.e. American specs. Now i m using it in Gulf country and whn i am trying to tune up the radio it is tuning by .2 exp. if it is 89.1 and when I am tuning it then it is increasing by 89.3 not by 89.2. So, how can i tune .1 increase.
