bearing hub torque spec?

would you know the torque spec for the four bolts that hold the rear wheel hub/bearing

sure, tighten those 4 bolts to 47 lbf-ft (64 Nm) Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
