2006 Honda Civic Temporary Wrong Time

When I first start the car the time is wrong on the navigation/audio system display. It will be some random time. About 5 minutes later it will correct itself. If I only shut off the car for a few minutes, the time will be correct when I turn it back on.
In July I purchased this car from a dealer. I do not know if the previous owner had this problem. The dealer installed a new windshield. I have the factory navigation system so the clock is in the navigation/audio display.
I have talked to numeorus Honda technicians and none of them have a clue what may be wrong.
One suggestion was that the window tint is causing this problem.

THe only thing I can even suggest is to have a mechanic check the navigation system to see if it has power when the engine is off. The clock should have a constant supply. If I recall, the time is provided via satellite. If you loose time, it can regain it after regaining the signal. As far as the tinted windows, I honestly don't have any idea what that could hurt. If you think about it, is the clock only designed to work in the day time? It gets dark at night, and a thin film of plastic shouldn't stop any signal. If it did, how does the clock regain its correct time?

The navigation system does have power when the engine is turned off.

My next guess is the ignition switch itself.
