Two years ago my honda developed an intermittent vibration, like going over a rumble strip. It happened at speeds from 32 to 45 mph. A tire/front end repair place could not find anything loose. A honda dealer mechanic heard the noise once and could not duplicate it on the road or in the shop. Now the vibration is back and happens more often. When it happens I can stop it by pushing down on the accelerator or taking my foot off the pedal. Above 50 the car rides smoothly. The sound seems to come from the right front wheel area. This car is some times towed behind a motorhome.

Try getting a transaxle flush with a flushing machine, Transmission fluid is a good cleaner and this sounds like some sludge in the transaxle.
