Honda service center inspected car at 45,000, said I need front brakes and roters resurfaced. Spoke to another repair dealer who advises they do not recommend resurfacing roters but said roters should be replaced otherwise there is rough ride. which is best route to go?

replacing the rotors is always the best way to go. resurfacing rotors is really only recommended when you can't afford new rotors.
