2005 Honda Civic My fuses keep blowing

My Air conditioning went out on me while driving. I never had a problem with it. I found out it was a fuse blown (20). I inserted another one it blew as soon as I turned the air on. I tried a higher caliper fuse (25); it blew. I was told that it might be the relay switch. I have no idea where it is or what it looks like. My fuse box is under the hood. Any help or other suggestions of what might be causing the problem. When I inserted the (25) it stayed on for 10minutes before blowing. Thank You, Bryan
