2005 Honda Civic LEAKING

When pressure test was done, where is the leak showing?

yes it leaks from the drain house on back of the fire wall...is that the ac drain

Yes, that should be the A/C drain hose.
Coolant would be colored whereas water from the A/C would be clear.

There is no reason for the cooling system to be leaking from there. Even if the heater core is leaking, it would not get to the evaporator housing.

Are you sure the coolant is leaking from the A/C drain hose during a pressure test?

YES IT DID FOR SOME REASON...ITS USING WATER AND I DONT KNOW WHY...I CAN DRIVE FROM LONGVIEW,WA. TO LINCOLN CITY OREGON AND IT WILL USE A 1/4 GALLON OF WATER...I KNOW THATS NOT GOOD. I HAVE NO LOSS OF POWER AND THAT IS THE ONLY LEAK THAT I CAN SEE...AND WHEN I DID THE PRESSURE TEST IT DID LEAK FROM THE A/C DRAIN I DONT KNOW WHY...THERE IS NO WATER ON MY FLOOR BOARD AND THE OIL AND WATER LOOKS GOOD...IM BAFFLED...

If that is the case, then you have to check the heaster core,.

the leak is clear not coolant i was wrong...i do thank you for your input...i just dont know why im going through so much water...i just replaced the rad. cap so i will see what happens...anything else you can thunk of?

You mentioned doing a pressure test. If the pressure test failed, you should be able to detect where the leak is coming from.

When the recovery tank and radiator is losing coolant, then there is a leak somewhere.

If the recovery tank is overflowing whereas the radiator is loosing coolant, then you either have a bad radiator cap or a leak between the radiator and recovery tank with a worse case scenario of a bad head gasket.
