I have a little bit of performance additions on my Civic such as a turbo but I do not think its because of my mods.

When I let of the clutch and start to accelerate from a top I get this little power loss you can feel it jerk a little but after I get out of first gear it stops and drives perfect with no problems I was thinking maybe my Throttle positioning sensor was going bad but I have no Pending codes or no check engine light or any indication what might be happening. could I just be hitting a lean spot at this low rpms you think? it happens almost immediately when rising up in speed from a complete stop only.
