I work with a mildly retarded man who didn't get his bus pass this month, so I now have to transport him to work on what seem to be the roughest roads in town. He weighs almost 400 pounds. A co-worker's car is starting to sag on the side he occupies when she drives him, and she says her axle is bad.
I've googled obesity and car damage/repair, and there seems to be no information about what driving this guy around could be doing to my nice Honda--which my employer doesn't pay me nearly enough to fix or replace.

This man barely fits into any of his staff's car's, and it's obvious they were not built with him in mind. What damage could this possibly do to my car?

The first thing that comes to mind is the seat might have some issues with your passenger, engineers don't design the seats with the size of your passenger in mind.
