Hi my car has had a test done today as the engine management light comes on when I accelorate and I loose all power. When I stop the car for a while the light styas on but the power returns. The garage can find no fault only this error code. can you help?

The code stated is not found in the Honda DTC list. Can you reconfirm if the code is correct?

The code stored was P1236 Turbo boost sensor A circuit high was the report if this can help you to help me I would be very grateful.

Is your vehicle equipped with turbo unit?
Is the engine computer factory or modified?

Honda does not have any factory Civic models with turbo that I know of.
