Transmission problem

Gentlemen
My automatic Honda Civic EX1 car has a problem in transmission. When the speed reaches approx. 25 km/min. transmission doesnt go to the next step easily and which produces big sound with rpm goes high. when the car reaches a speed around 50 km/min. it runs very smoothly and runs for 200km/min. I have checked this with 2 mechanics. they checked and found no problem in transmission, electrical, etc. Interestingly the computer checkup gives 'No code' for faults even.
Can you help me.
