Ran diagnostic and had 12 blinks indicating a problem with the blower motor circuit. How do I determine if the fault lies in a faulty resistor or a faulty motor?

Hello,

If you have no fan speeds then I would say it is the Blower Motor Resistor. It is located near the Blower motor.
