head gasket-head bolts torque specs

Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic. I am doing a head gasket repair on my EX model and I wanted to know the bolt sequence on taking the head bolts off and putting them back on. I also need the torque specs on the bolts? Thanks.

Here is the torque again

Tighten the cylinder head bolts sequentially in 3 steps.

1st step torque: 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.)
2nd step torque: 49 Nm (5.0 kgf-cm, 36 ft. lbs.)
3rd step torque: 67 Nm (6.8 kgf-cm, 49 ft. lbs.)
