My 2002 Honda Civic is making a 'creaking' noise when I turn corners or hit bumps. I am finding online that it ay be the struts. I am only hearing this noise in the front end of my car. The Honda dealership told me I needed new rear bushings when I went in for an oil change. I also have low-profile tires that I am planning on getting rid of because I feel like they are hard on my car. I am just wondering if there is something else that may be wrong or if the back bushings or low-profile tires are in any way connected to the creaking I am hearing coming from the front of my car. Also a repair estimate would be helpful if anyone knows.

If you hear it from the front, there is no way that it's the rear bushings.

I'd check out your control arm bushings, struts of course, ball joints, stabilizer bushings and endlinks. It could be any of those items.
