2002 Honda Civic changing catalytic converter

2002 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 137K miles

my car failed inspection becuz of the OBDII test (emissions). I changed the upstream 02 sensor and the light is still on. Think I need to change the cat. conv. next?

you need to erase trouble codes after making the repair, the light will not go off by itself. if you erase the codes than it comes back with same code(s) than it may be the coverter at fault.
