During a routine oil change at my Honda dealership, a leak was discovered. The cause was determined to be a leaking rear engine seal. To replace this seal, the car's transmission needs to be removed (i.e. higher labor hours). What would be a reasonable cost for this job?

Hi Nayeem13,

Book time for replacement of rear seal is 6.5 hours. Labor rate varies according to region so you need to check local rate.

Seal is listed at $16.83.
