I would say the job should take about an hour or less. Not all that difficult. The cost I would say depends on you. I say that because they can come rebuilt, rebuilt and painted to match the engine, and new from Honda. I suggest calling your local parts store and getting quotes from them. I do that all the time. That is their job. You should see a variance of prices. Choice is yours. I would ask about warranties, etc.
