Engine Performance problem
2000 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My Daughters car has this and two other codes read from the OBD computer, P0505 I understand and P0420 was her aftermarket Air-Cleaner not having a heat riser, but the P0113 has me baffled as to what is the cuase and remedy? Any help is much appreciated!
