thinking its my wheel bearings?

If the noise is present when coasting in neutral, it either is the bearing or tires.

Jack up the vehicle and turn the wheels feeling for vibrations on the struts. If vibration is felt, the bearing is bad.
Check for uneven tire wear, it can cause humming noise as well.

I have a 2001 Honda Civic LX sedan. It has only 74000 miles on it. I'm noticing a noise from the front driver's side that sounds like tread noise from the tire, but I've replaced the tire and the noise continues. At first the noise would not be noticable at highway speeds, but now it is constant and still getting louder. When I rotate the tires the noise seems to fade slightly, but only very temporarily. Could this be a bad wheel bearing?

When the wheel is elevated from the road surface and rotated, does it make any noise? Is there any side to side play in the wheel as you grasp it and try to rock it off the car? Are you sure that the back shield on the rotor for the brake is not touching the rotor? That will cause noises and is easy to check.

I have removed the front wheel bearing assembly and I am unable to remove the bearing from this hub assembly to replace the new bearing.
How do I go about separating this assembly?

Usually the bearing in the front hub assembly is sealed and not serviceable. However, The bearing in the spindle-knuckle assembly can be replaced by using a punch to press it out and the new one back in. Here are a few tutorials for you to view that can help you during this process:

it is very possible it is the bearings !

Inspection
Wheel bearings are not adjustable. Bearings should be checked for excessive movement. Support vehicle, and remove wheel.
Install dial indicator with stem positioned on front hub surface. Move hub assembly in and out. Note reading. Movement should be 0-.002" (0-.05 mm). If movement is not as specified, replace bearing.

When my car is in motion, there is a continuous glucking sound. Everytime I step on the brake, the sound stops. I took the car to the mechanic and they replaced the disc brake, the brake pads and the wheel bearing. The noise stopped for a while but now they've come back. They were fitted 3 months ago (approx). so they are new products. If any one can help me find a solution on what the problem i have, i would appreciate it alot

I would get the brake anti rattle springs checked,as they can snap and cause a noise with the pads chattering, start here.

The pads should be located firmly so that there is no free movement, you will have to check the inner & outer pad as well, if it (the noise) goes when you brake, it will be with in the drive shaft, brake area, it will be something rotating, start here.

I need instructions on how to replace the rear wheel bearings on my 1994 Honda Civic

Remove the drum, remove the dust cap, remove the spindle nut. Use a slide hammer, fasten it to the hub and remove the hub assembly. Install in reverse order.
