2000 Honda Civic How do you know when your ignition coil we

When driving slow my car accelerates fine but extremely slow, and then when i push on the go to normal driving conditions it starts to boggle down and sometimes when im at a stop sign it stalls out.... could u guyz plz tell me what this could be??
