Engine Cooling problem
2000 Honda Civic 4 cyl Automatic 156000 miles

Past week 2 times I've heard bubbling water sound after I turn off my engine. I popped the hood and found that the sound was coming from my radiator expansion tank and the water was boiling. At least I thought maybe it was low on water or coolant so I added some water, but I still heard the bubbling sound the 2nd time. I did a little testing today and turned on the engine and let it run over 20 mins and I noticed the radiator fan never turned on, I turned on the A/C and one of the fans started spinning but the fan on the radiator did not. I'm also checking for leaking but I will have to wait to see. Guys got any idea whats wrong?

It sounds like you may have a bad headgasket. Have a coolant pressure test preferred as well as a leakdown test.
