Engine Performance problem
2000 Honda Civic 4 cyl Automatic
I was wanting to know the price of either a new engine or rebuilt engine. i have a mechanic looking at my car and he's telling me that my Harmonic balancer is stripped and the only way to fix it is get a new engine. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman, but now he's telling me to replace all kinds of thing. when i had 4 other mechanics look at it, they said it was the pulley. the timing belt doesn't turn at all... What do i do?
