hi the other day it was freezing cold and my wipers didnt work but i could hear the motor still run if you turn them on but the wipers dont move if u move them they both move but when i turn the dial like i said i hear the motor but it move wat do u think it is....?

Hi there,

The wiper motor pivot may have come if, if the blades were frozen to the screen this can happen, you will have to have the wiper motor removed to inspect this.
