what are rear trailer arm bushings, what causes the to break and how much should it cost to repair them?

It is called trailing arm. Bushes are made of rubber so ages over time and tends to wear off. Labor time 2.2 hrs for 1 side and 3.2 for both. Unable to get parts price.
