1999 Honda Civic radiator leaking

my car keeps overheating and iv noticed that when this occurs, there is anti-freeze squirting out of a small hole on top of the radiator just under where the hose connects my anti-freeze container to my radiator.

You might have to replace the hose and the hose clamp.

its not coming out of the hose or the clamp though. thats what i was thinkng at first. its coming up out of the actual radiator
