Hi, I just bought this car used and just recently it started to make a fan squeek noise from the right side vent when I turn the fan on. The sound squeeks louder if I turn the fan on and goes away when I turn it off. The sound is definitly coming from the passenger side area so I took out the glove box to see if I can pin point it exactly.
My question is this: What items in the in dash vent would make a belt squeek type sound? Is it possible to change out whatever belt is in there?
My car is a stripped down version so it does not have A/C.
