keep's blowing out #23 fuse fuse is 7.5 amp alt and transmisson fuse. we put in new battery alt . and ecm. when we scan it it say's high voltage eld. and tran's selinoid a-b

You have a direct short to ground in that circuit or components that fuse no.23 powers, lacking electrical experience bring it in could be a nightmare finding it-
