Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 136k miles
I cant figure out why my altenator is not charging, it started out first when my radio cut out then when i touch the brakes and the light came out it would die out until the car shut off then wouldent start. I bought a new battery check it with the multimeter and it read 12 something then started it and it dropped so i bought a new alt and put it in with a new belt. I also brought the old one to autozone and they said it was charging. So i put the new alt in with a new belt and it still read lower when running around 12v any help i dont know whats going on
