One of the air vents above the radio has fallen out. My girlfriend tried to turn it and it just fell into her hand. Is there any way to fix this? please help me thank you!

They clip in. If the plastic clips are broken or damaged, you could try to crazy glue it into place. Or purchase a new vent.
