when I turn off my wipers, they go all the way down but comes back up to about a 15 degree angle. When I go over small bumps or my car wobbles, the wipers goes off and wipes. This started happening around christmas when I was driving in the rain and it was pouring pretty hard on the freeway and I turn them to max because it was really pouring and after the rain slowed down I turned it off and this is when it starteding to act like this. When I push it down all the way, it stays but if i turn it on or go over wobble enough to where it goes off, it returns to the raise of 15 degree. what could be the problem?
