1998 Honda Civic Two Wheel Drive Automatic 47000 miles

My driver's side seat belt socket (ie. where the belt clips into) has stopped accepting the clip. How do I repair this? I live in East London - where can I get this repaired properly?

You must replace the seat belt buckle. It's not that hard, it's one 12mm and a harness connector underneath the seat.
