i've changed the distributor cap and rotor bcuz my car stalled out, i checked the timing belt and all....when the dist.cap is off i get a small shock from the coil, but when i put the dist. cap back on i'll put my finger inside the dist.cap spark plug hole and will not get any shock, could it be a bad coil?
