Stereo radio light stays on

All I will say/ask is first...Is the stereo aftermarket, and was it professionally installed? If so then I would bring it back, they wired up the power to the wrong area, and second...Is the radio still on completely or just the light. And if it is factory, then a good inexpensive radio isn't hard to find and plus they seem to have a better sound anyway. Hope that helps a little
