Takes 30 seconds or so to start when cold. Recently
replaced plugs, distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter is not bad. runs great once it is started. Cranks over quickly, as the battery is less than on year old.
Just slow to actually start.

Scan the vehicle to make sure there are no stored DTC's, as a stored dtc could really help with diagnosis.

I would check to ensure you have strong spark, ensure all the secondary ignition parts are in working order (spark plug wires, cap, rotor, plugs). Make sure you have proper fuel pressure at the rail (must have a fuel pressure gauge for this).

Also I'd crank the vehicle with the throttle open a bit, to see if this helps starting it. If it does you may be running too rich OR the IACV may be acting up on you.
