Electrical problem

I have a 97 Honda EX. I lost my keyless entry clicker. I tried to reset the car into valet mode to allow it to start by using the button on the right side of the radio but it still won't let me start it. The red light on the dash still flashes and it makes a clicking noise. The alarm never actually goes off and never has. I know there was lojack installed on the car previously but I am not/nor have ever used it. How do I go about fixing this problem?
