1997 Honda Civic Brake Rotor Removal

My front brake rotors are stuck! I tried to lightly tap it with a hammer and it didn't even budge. I noticed 2 Phillip's screws on the old rotors. Do they have to be unscrewed for the rotor to come off?

Yes they do. Just make sure you have the right size or you will strip the head.
