Shakes or Wobbles problem

My 1996 Honda Civic has been basically trouble free, however, I have noticed a low humming sound with a slight vibration at 50-55 mph. The humming sound seems to be coming from underneath the car and not the engine. The engine starts fine, no warning lights on, no problems with braking, no difference in sound when turning. What could it be?
