after starting engine, low pressure light turns off as it should,but after 1 or 2 seconds,the light flickers for just a split second, and light wont come on again until i stop the engine..its been a week now since i've noticed this. i opened the oil filler cap,oil was flowing good.just had 1000 miles on the new oil and filter.i've cleaned the oil pan a month ago. this oil light is bothering me.Is it a sign my oil pump is bad, or there are other problems? by the way,oil is castrol 10w30. temp.during the day never goes below 100 F. any help will be appreciated.
