This is not an easy job and if you are not careful, you might crack the new windshield. Improper work done can result in water leakages. I would leave such jobs to the professionals.
To remove the old windshield you would need an assistant.
Remove the moulldings.
Cut a small section of the sealant out anywhere along the perimeter of the windshield.
Insert a piano string, or any strong wire, through the cut section. With an assistant out side the vehicle, use the piano string to saw along the perimeter of the windshile to cut away the sealant.
Remove the windshield.
Clean along the seats of the windshield glass, cut away any leftover sealants.
To install, apply sealant around the frame and install the windshield. DO NO use force to install the glass. Remember to use the stoppers supplied to prevent the glass becoming too close to the frame.
